Gifting

The “just because” gift people actually get excited about

For the helpful neighbor, the friend having a hard week, or someone who deserves a little thank-you.

Rows of individually wrapped homemade cookies arranged in a bakery box

A neighbor brought your trash cans in.

A friend had a rough week.

Someone watched your kids, watered your plants, or listened to the same story for the third time.

A small box of cookies and a handwritten note can say plenty.

Keep the note simple:

“Thanks for making this week a little easier.”

Or:

“Thought your Tuesday could use these.”

If you’re wrapping the gift yourself, use a food-safe box or bag, add a ribbon, and tuck the note on top. Keep any ingredient and allergen information with the cookies.

You don’t need a holiday to make someone feel remembered.

Send a little sweetness.
